Kollidea's refund policy only applies to sales made within 'www.kollidea.com'.
All sales or transaction are final and cannot be changed or cancelled. We do not allow refund or exchange unless item is sent incorrectly or defected upon delivery.
Consumers are not entitled to a refund or exchange if they damaged the item, misused it and caused the fault. The same applies to items that are damaged as a result of you (or others) attempting to repair it. Refunds or exchanges are not available if you’ve simply changed their mind and no longer want the item.
How do I do an exchange?
Step 1: Notify us through email with photos
Email firstname.lastname@example.org along with photos of the defect for our review. The final decision to offer a refund or exchange lies with Kollidea. We will notify you of the approval or rejection within 24 hours.
Step 2: Send it back to us via registered mail
If you are approved, the next step is ensuring that the item reaches us safely. You bear full responsibility for ensuring that the item mailed back is securely packed, sealed properly and sent via registered mail. We will foot the shipping charges by refunding it to you once we have received the package.
Also, items mailed back to us without prior confirmation will be greeted with much surprise and will not be entertained.
Step 3: Exchange/ Refund
Exchange will be for the same item if stock is available. If unavailable, you can choose either of the following:
- Select an available product
(Additional cost will be paid by the customer if the value is higher, or balance will be refunded)
- Full refund of your purchase
You will be notified through email once the exchanged item has shipped. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 working days. You will be notified through email once refund has been made.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
