How do I select Collection & Pickup?

If you need your order urgently, and wish to do collection or curbside pickup, you can now do so! Collect it from our office by the next working day or within 7 working days upon placing your order.

Collection & Pickup is available from Mon-Fri, 1.30pm to 7pm.

Follow these steps below:

1. Add your item(s) to cart and head over to the Cart Page.

2. Just above the 'Check Out' button you will see the 2 options: Pickup and Standard Shipping.

Select Pickup, followed by selecting your 'Collection Date & Time' options. Proceed then to Checkout.

4. At the Checkout page, select 'Delivery Method' as 'Pick up'.

 

5. After payment is made, you will receive a 'Your Order is Confirmed' email. We will start preparing your order on the next working day.

7. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a 'Your order is ready for pickup' as a final confirmation and reminder email. 

8. We will see you on your selected Date & Time!

(If you would like to change your Collection date or time, please reply to either the Order confirmation or Order pickup email to inform us.)

9. If you would like to do a curbside pickup, please call the mobile number provided in the pickup confirmation email at least 15 mins before arrival.
