How long will it take to get my order?

Orders will be mailed out within 48 hours (not including Public Holidays and weekends).

For local orders in Singapore, it will arrive within 2-5 working days, depending on the delivery option you have selected at checkout.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-18 days.


Can I track my order?

Yes! But it depends on which delivery option you choose during checkout.

For local orders in Singapore, both SmartPac and Qxpress comes with tracking. All overseas orders comes with tracking.

Your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been shipped out.


Oops! I gave the wrong address, what now?

That's alright! We all make mistakes :)

Just drop us an email ASAP at hello@kollidea.com to let us know and we will do what we can to help!

But if the parcel has already been shipped out and is returned to us, we are more than happy to redeliver it to you. However please take note that an additional redelivery fee will apply.


Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to multiple countries. You can also enjoy free international shipping for orders $80 & above!

Kindly note that due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be significant delays for all international shipments in and out of Singapore.

How about tax and custom fees?

We do not charge tax and custom fees. But depending on country, tax and custom fees can be incurred. Payment for tax or custom fees is to be held responsible by the recipient, which would be collected at the time of delivery.
